As you have probably started thinking, the poster is not from any IT office. This is a poster I've found in a restaurant that I've recently been to. Well, I'm not going to write anything here explaining those principles. You are the boss of your own and you are the best person to explain those principles to yourself on the grounds of "What makes sense to you" and "What adds value to you and your team" at work.
